Lisa Georgiades is an experienced REALTOR® with the Debbie Ferrante Team at RE/MAX Edge Realty, serving Canton, Ohio, Stark County, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. Licensed since 1996, Lisa brings three decades of real estate experience and firsthand knowledge of changing market conditions to buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating professionals. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is a multi-year recipient of the RE/MAX 100% Club award. Lisa personally averages approximately $7 million in annual real estate sales.

Lisa's real estate experience spans residential listings and home purchases, luxury properties, physician and corporate relocation, first-time home buyers, new construction, investment and multifamily properties, 1031 exchanges, probate and divorce-related real estate, foreclosures and short sales, land, and commercial sales and rentals. Lisa also brings experience in title abstracting within the oil and gas industry, giving her valuable expertise in researching property deeds, mineral rights, and ownership records. She serves clients throughout Canton and Stark County as well as Summit, Tuscarawas, Portage, Carroll, and surrounding Ohio counties. As a member of the Debbie Ferrante Team since 2019, Lisa is part of a team ranked in the top 1% locally in the Stark County MLS, with more than 3,800 transactions and over $750 million in team sales volume.

A longtime member of the Canton-area community, Lisa also volunteers with her church and organizations including the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Away from real estate, she enjoys cooking, food, and golf.
